During the quick-freezing processing, the mesh belt needs to operate continuously in an extremely cold environment ranging from -35℃ to -50℃ for a long time and bear huge mechanical loads. Under such conditions, ordinary mesh belts are prone to brittle fracture due to insufficient material toughness. Meanwhile, food residues are easily adhered to the surface, which not only leads to product loss but also becomes a breeding ground for microorganisms, seriously threatening food safety. Outstanding toughness in extremely cold environments: Made of specially formulated ultra-low temperature impact-resistant modified plastics or stainless steel materials, their molecular structure can still maintain extremely high toughness and fatigue strength in extremely cold conditions. Outstanding anti-stick and easy-to-clean properties: The surface of the mesh belt has undergone special mirror polishing and anti-stick coating treatment, forming a non-stick interface with extremely low surface energy. This enables easily and completely separated easily sticky products such as fish, shrimp and pastries, significantly reducing the product damage rate and residue adhesion.
