The mesh belt employs a balanced weaving method with hooked edges, secured by welding. During the design process, the length and thickness of the edge hooks are precisely calculated and strictly controlled to ensure stable operation of the mesh belt within the furnace, preventing edge deformation caused by uneven stress or thermal expansion. While welding hooks increases edge stability, it slightly reduces local ductility. Therefore, manufacturing must balance the overall flexibility and durability of the mesh belt to prevent localized cracking during high-temperature operation.
